Our website is informational only and does not process sales or payments. This policy describes returns and refunds for offline wholesale orders placed with Shree Starseries Sanskar LLP.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied.
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with order details and clear photos/videos.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packing.
2. Authorisation
All returns require prior written authorisation from our sales team. Unauthorised shipments may be refused.
3. Refunds / Replacements
After inspection, we will offer replacement or refund to the original offline payment mode within 7–10 business days. Part‑refunds may apply where only a portion of the consignment is affected.
4. Non‑Returnable Items
- Size/colour preference changes after delivery
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage during customer handling
- Clearance or special‑price stock marked non‑returnable
5. Shipping Costs
Return freight is borne by the buyer unless the error is on our part. We recommend using trackable carriers.
6. Order Cancellations
For production or bulk orders, cancellations must be requested before dispatch readiness. Costs already incurred (fabric, trims, labour) may be chargeable.
